Some members of the public have received letters promising them a gift, prize, bonus or other reward together with a fraudulent check shown to be issued by one of our divisions (Gould Products or LePage’s 2000).  The senders of these letters (including Interac Universal Promotions, Global Verification Company, Grand Bonanza Lottery Promotions) are not known or authorized by LePage's and their letters enclosing checks issued under our names are not legitimate and those checks are fraudulent and void. LePage’s 2000, Inc and their affiliates have not participated in any scheme of gift, prize, bonus or other reward referred to in any of these letters and do not accept, and disclaim, any responsibility to any individual, company or institution for any loss, damage or cost suffered in attempting to cash or negotiate any such fraudulent checks or otherwise following instructions set out in such letters.
